Futures Markets Landing Page

A new dedicated page for browsing all available futures trading pairs at /futures:

• Markets Overview: Browse all active futures markets in a clean, modern interface
• Leverage Display: Shows maximum leverage available for each pair
• Search & Filter: Search markets by currency name or filter by high leverage (100x+)
• Sorting Options: Sort by leverage or name in ascending/descending order
• Market Stats: At-a-glance statistics showing total markets, high leverage pairs, and max leverage
• Quick Trade Access: Click any market to go directly to the trading page with the correct symbol
• Responsive Design: Optimized layout for mobile with streamlined information display
• Orange/Red Theme: Consistent with futures branding across the platform

Fixed

Order Updates Over WebSocket

• Fixed futures order lists never receiving live updates: there was no order stream for them to connect to. One now exists.
• Fixed futures orders being broadcast to the trading view only. They now reach the trader's own order list as well.
• Fixed an immediate disconnection when connecting to the futures order stream.

Fetching Futures Orders

• Fixed a "Cannot execute this query as it might involve data filtering" error when fetching futures orders filtered by symbol or status.
