Centralized Wallet Service Integration

All ICO wallet operations now use the centralized wallet service:

• Atomic Transactions: Contribution and refund operations wrapped in database transactions
• Idempotency Protection: Unique keys prevent duplicate contributions or refunds
• Row-Level Locking: Concurrent wallet updates properly synchronized
• Safe Arithmetic: Precision-safe calculations for token allocations

Notification Service Migration

ICO notifications now use the new multi-channel notification service:

• Multi-Channel Support: Notifications sent via IN_APP, EMAIL, SMS, and PUSH channels
• ICO Notifications: Contribution confirmations, vesting updates, and refund alerts
• Idempotency: Prevents duplicate notifications from retried operations
• User Preferences: Respects per-user notification channel preferences

ICO Operations

• Changed token contribution processing to use atomic operations
• Changed vesting schedule releases to use precision-safe arithmetic
• Changed refund processing to run through the centralized wallet service
